Lee Aaron Announce 'Re-Vamp' Album
(Suspicious Activities) The one & only Lee Aaron will release the new studio album Re-Vamp on January 22nd, 2026 via Metalville. The internationally known, multi-platinum-selling singer, songwriter, and producer will drop Re-Vamp, her 20th album worldwide.
Re-Vamp is a powerful overview of the very best of Aaron's music to date, featuring eight modern re-recordings of classic tracks (including "Metal Queen" and "Whatcha Do to my Body") and four brand-new songs - mixed to kick-ass perfection at the hands of Juno Award winner Ben Kaplan (Mother Mother, Biffy Clyro, Kittie).
"Fight Like a Girl," the NEW lead single, hits hard: a modern-day rock anthem about standing up for oneself. "I'm a lion wearing heels, a butterfly made of steel," Aaron challenges the notion that women are the weaker sex, asserting that determination and attitude are one's greatest strengths.
Lee started her career at 19 with the Lee Aaron Project, but it was her 1984 sophomore release Metal Queen that cemented her as a trailblazer for women in rock internationally. In 2023, she was inducted into Canada's Walk of Fame, recognized as one of the seminal female hard-rockers. Her fiery voice and fearless creativity helped break down barriers for women in the genre. Female empowerment and rising above adversity are recurring themes throughout her work.
CHART Magazine declared Aaron's BodyRock one of the 20 most influential albums of the 1980s with its impact on the next generation of female rockers - undeniable.
She's shared stages with Heart, Bon Jovi, Joan Jett, Suzi Quatro, Sinead O'Connor, Iron Maiden, Guns N' Roses, Motley Crue, Van Morrison...and has also performed at some of the world's biggest festivals: Wacken, Sweden Rock, Reading, Montreal Jazz, Heavy Sound Belgium, and many others.
Her accolades include 10 JUNO nominations, a CMPA Songwriters Award, three Toronto Music Awards, a MUCH MUSIC Award, and a star on The Brampton Arts Walk of Fame in her former hometown.
Lee will be touring again in 2027 with her band of A-list musicians, bringing her invincible voice, timeless energy, and vibrant stage presence to venues around the globe.
Re-Vamp is for fans who have been rocking with Lee Aaron throughout her legendary career and a chance for new listeners to dive into her world.
