Burna Boy Performs At NFL Paris Halftime
(fcc) Yesterday, Grammy-winning artist Burna Boy headlined the halftime show at the NFL's first-ever regular-season game in Paris, France at the Stade de France, featuring a matchup between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the New Orleans Saints.
Performing hits such as "Ye," "On the Low," and "Last Last," the Nigerian superstar was joined on stage by French singer Yseult, Joe Dwèt File, and French judo icon Teddy Riner. The performance marked a powerful full-circle moment following Burna Boy's historic milestone last year as the first African artist to headline a sell-out concert at the venue.
The landmark weekend also saw the official launch of Burna Boy's debut sneaker collaboration with athletic brand On. Built around the concept "No Giant Stands Alone," the campaign honors the shared ethos that success is shaped by community, family, and collaborators. Fusing music, culture, and movement, the debut drop features the Cloudmonster BB in a limited-edition tonal Sienna colorway alongside THE ROGER Clubhouse BB in White and Mars, bridging On's performance-led design with Burna Boy's distinct creative vision.
Capping off an explosive weekend, Burna Boy took home the award for Best Crossover Artist of the Year at the 2026 Billboard Latin Music Awards, triumphing over a stacked category that included Bruno Mars, DJ Snake, Shenseea, and Steve Aoki.
