(Republic) Gearing up to take over the game this spring, platinum-certified hip-hop collective 41 drops a sultry new single entitled "Bad Bitch" out now via Rite Or Wrong KVH Entertainment/Republic Records. It sets the stage for the arrival of their anxiously awaited full-length debut LP, AREA 41, arriving on April 3.
"Bad Bitch" brings 41 full circle, weaving a sample of their platinum breakout "Or What" [feat. NLE Choppa] into a sleeker, more expansive soundscape. Anchored by hypnotic production and melodic textures, the track balances sharp lyricism with a polished, crossover-ready energy. Jenn Carter sets the tone with a commanding opening verse before Kyle Richh follows with confident, quotable lines, "Naturally, you is a masterpiece," going on to acknowledge, "Love a woman that know that she pretty, I got the best in the city." The track showcases the group's evolving chemistry and ambition beyond any single lane.
41 teased this era with "Alive" featuring French Montana. Prior, they released "Spleen" which HotNewHipHop praised it as a "lustful drill cut," proceeding to affirm, "41 turn things up a notch on 'Spleen.'" They notably launched the album season with "Lisp." VIBE touted it on "More New Hip-Hop Music For Showing Up And Showing Out." They served up "Pucci" [feat. Zeddy Will] and "Pilates," reeling in nearly 20 million streams total. The two-pack landed in the wake of "Naked" featuring A Boogie Wit da Hoodie which marked the very first collaboration between these two New York powerhouses, uniting Brooklyn and The Bronx in the process.
